From Family Practice to Orthopedics, there is no specialty she cannot handle. She has worked through intricate OIG compliance reviews, Pre-Payment Audits and High Dollar claims processing. She works alongside her practices to implement front end workflows, billing processes and collections to help maximize profitability. She enjoys challenging issues and prides herself on finding the solution. When she is not submitting claims and collecting money for her clients, Chantelle enjoys watching football and spending time with her family

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in medical billing, I am a seasoned expert specializing in DME (Durable Medical Equipment) and podiatry billing, among many other specialties. From claims submission to denial management , I handle every aspect of the billing cycle with precision and efficiency.

My career has given me the opportunity to work across a wide range of billing systems and specialties, allowing me to adapt quickly and deliver consistent results regardless of the platform or practice type. Whether it’s navigating complex insurance requirements or ensuring timely reimbursements, I bring a depth of knowledge and a problem-solving mindset to every task.

When I’m not managing medical claims, you’ll find me enjoying quality time with my children, recharging and staying inspired for both work and life.

Her experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of patient care and the ability to navigate complex billing processes with accuracy and efficiency.
